Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped via USPS. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and package weight.

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped and are provided by the carrier. Delivery estimates do not include order processing time.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Evy's Garden Glow is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is outside the control of Evy's Garden Glow. If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will gladly assist you in working with the carrier.

At this time, Evy's Garden Glow ships only within the continental United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
