Order Processing

Many of the handmade and handcrafted items offered by Evy’s Garden Glow are prepared or made for each order. As a result, orders require processing time before shipment to ensure every collection meets our quality standards.

Orders are typically processed within 7 business days. However, material availability and periods of unusually high order volume may occasionally affect the processing times. If additional time is required, customers will be notified promptly by email.

Product Information

We strive to accurately describe and photograph every product offered by Evy’s Garden Glow. Many of our collections include handmade and handcrafted items. As a result, slight variations in wood grain, fabric color, finish, and other natural characteristics may occur. Product colors may also vary slightly depending on individual screen settings.

Product Care

Product care instructions are included where applicable. Customers are responsible for following the recommended care guidelines to help preserve the appearance and longevity of handmade items. Damage resulting from improper use, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a product defect.

Forms of Payment

We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express credit and debit cards, including supported digital wallet payments such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for.

While every effort is made to ensure pricing is accurate, occasional errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, Evy's Garden Glow reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order. If payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued.

Order Acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order. Evy's Garden Glow reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other circumstances requiring order cancellation. If payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued.

All content on this website, including photographs, text, logos, branding, product descriptions, graphics, and original designs, is the property of Evy’s Garden Glow unless otherwise stated.
